Sealed bids MUST be returned by mail or hand delivered to the Mercer Co Judge Executive's office at 207 W. Lexington Street, Harrodsburg, KY 40330. The Mercer County Fiscal Court has the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Requirements for Bid: This Sealed Bid is to include 2 separate bids, each constructing an Animal Shelter Building at the Mercer County Road Department Property. Only one bid/building will be selected for construction. Building Requirements BID #1: 1-40X100 Metal Building: (see drawing) 8-18x10 finished rooms 16-5x10 kennels 1-20x40 Pavilion 16-Exterior kennel concrete pads Bid #2: 1-40X100 Metal Building: (see drawing) 8-11x10 finished rooms 3-10x10 finished rooms 1-10x10 finished room including a 4x4 half bath 16-5x10 kennels 1-20x40 Pavilion 16-Exterior kennel concrete pads Bid should include the following details: -Metal type with Paint and warranty -All material and labor cost associated with construction including concrete, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, and all finishings -Estimated timeline for project
