Project Summary: New construction of a High School Building and Athletic Field complex on a vacant 77 acre site. Proposed new buildings total approx. 320,000 SF. Additional campus work entails: synthetic turffootball field, track & field assemblies, 9-lane running track, volleyball courts, exterior basketball courts, tennis courts, practice soccer fields, baseball field, softball field, and stadium bleachers. Bids will be accepted for Survey, Material Testing, Concrete Tilt Wall Panels, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Concrete Polishing, Masonry, Structural Steel, Architectural Woodwork/Casework, Waterproofing/Joint Sealants, Thermal Protection, Roofing, Fireproofing/Firestopping, Door/Frames/Hardware, Overhead Doors, Glass/Glazing, Framing and Drywall, Cement Plastering, Tiling, Ceilings, Acoustical Treatments, Painting and Coatings, Specialties, Signage, Exterior Protection and Covers, Interior Folding Partitions, Residential Equipment/Appliances, Food Service Equipment, Educational and Scientific Equipment, Theatrical and Entertainment, Interior Athletic Equipment and Surfacing, Window Treatments, Multiple Seating, Prefabricated Metal Building Systems, Recreational Special Construction, Elevators, Lifts, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Thermal Storage Tank, Electrical, Exterior Athletic Equipment and Surfacing, Fences and Gates and Landscape/Irrigation. Site Work is currently ongoing by Willis Smith Construction. Building construction is anticipated to commence January of 2024, with a construction duration of 30 months.
