Completion Model The Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 8 Hours, Excluding Between the Hours of 9 Pm. And 4 Am, on Paved Roads as Specified on the Work Table, Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 48 Hours on All Other Roads, Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca).
