Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,040-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
Supply of materials and construction, and labour to complete the roof, walls, windows and doors to the lockup stage for a seasonal 26' x 40' accessory building at the Wildfire Base in Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba. The building has been completed to the framed walls stage. Construction and completion of the building to be completed by March 31, 2024. The building will be a seasonal building and will be operational spring, summer, and fall. The building will be shut down during the winter season from approximately October 31st to April 1st each year. The concrete pad and 4 walls have been completed under a previous contract. The successful bidder would be required to complete the building to lockup stage, which includes roof joists, metal roofing and siding, windows and doors.
