**As of October 23, 2023, project was awarded to RiverBend Construction Inc, awarded amount is $1,715,482.05.** Construction of W 8th Avenue Paving, as called for in the Plans and Specifications and such additional Incidental Work as requested by the Engineer. The estimated project cost range is $1,600,000 - $1,800,000. The scope of work generally includes: Removal of existing Portland Cement Concrete surfaces Removal of existing Asphalt Concrete Paving surfaces Roadway reconstruction Asphalt concrete paving Temporary and permanent pedestrian and traffic control Construction of concrete sidewalk and sidewalk ramps Temporary erosion control Permanent striping Permanent traffic signal detection Inquiries regarding the plans, specifications, and contract documents shall be made to: Bryan Root - 541-501-0378 or broot@eugene-or.gov. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to remotely view the Bid opening; however, the identity of the successful Bidder will not be determined at the Bid opening time. The City reserves the right to review the Bids and to consult with Purchasing and Legal Counsel about the sufficiency and legality of the Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
