Site work for a civil project in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work shall include, but is not limited to: Civil – Roadways Topsoil Stripping and Stockpiling; Earthworks; Common Excavation; Remove and Dispose of Existing Curb and Gutter; Miscellaneous Cement Concrete; Road Base Repair; Subgrade Preparation with Cement Stabilization; Supply and Install Granular Base; Asphalt Concrete Pavement; Supply and Install Curb and Gutter; Dowel Jointed Concrete Pavement. Civil – Stormwater Abandonment and Removal of Culverts; Supply and Installation of: Culverts; Storm Sewers; Catch Basins; Manholes; Catchbasin Leads; and Concrete Swale. Landscape Protective Fencing Around Existing Trees; Excavation of Planting Beds; Placement of Topsoil; Sod and Seed; Installation of Various Plant Materials; Two Years of Landscape Maintenance; and Snow removal. Coordination with third-party infrastructure owners and City contractors for the following works: Fortis owned streetlights; Signals; Line Painting and Pavement Messages; and Signage Installation.
