This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for TWO (2) Standy Diesel Generators in skin tight weatherproof enclosures , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Owner requests Proposals for the supply, delivery, and related support services for, and related systems and services. Upon the completion of review of Proposals, it is the intent of the Owner to enter into a contract for the supply of the Goods as part of the Oakmont Reservoir & Pump Station Upgrades. The Proposals shall be for furnishing all labour, equipment, material, software, and on- site services, for the supply of power generating equipment, control and instrumentation devices, and other system appurtenances necessary for complete and functional operation. Services will include design, manufacturing, testing, supply, delivery, commissioning, and operating training. Installation of the equipment will be by others.
