Ft. 1-story Library and Student Services Building (Library, Innovation Center, Work Room, Meeting Room, Student Learning Centers, Offices, Restroom and Utility Spaces) Associated Site Improvements and Alterations to Restrooms in the Existing Classroom Building A to meet the current accessibility code requirements. The Contract Time is 310 consecutive calendar days Question Deadline 10/13/2023 at 2:00 PM PT The deadline for submittal of prequalification documents to Quality Bidders for this Project is no later than October 13, 2023, 2:00 p.m. Prime Contractors and M/E/P Subcontractors will be notified by e-mail of their prequalification rating not less than five (5) business days prior to the bid opening date. The successful prime contractor bidder must possess a valid and active Class B License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract.
