Site work for a water / sewer project in Corning, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Contract includes several thousand feet of cured-in-place pipe lining of existing sanitary and storm sewers of various sizes between 6" and 24" diameter; and associated spot repairs. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. Contract Award will also emphasize MWBE participation in accordance with New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and 5 NYCRR Parts 142-144 ("MWBE Regulations"). The City of Corning reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on Friday, October 13, 2023 from the office of the Engineer. Question Deadline 10/12/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI will be accepted at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Domenic Emilio via email: DEmilio@CPLteam.com.
