Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Miramichi, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Sealing concreate slab and brick wall. .2 Installing new crawl space access door. .3 Install one new radon pit. .4 Supply and install new radon mitgation pipe from new radon pit up through the building to new radon fan. .5 Supply and install new radon mitigation fan. .6 Supply and install new roof curb for radon mitigation exhaust stack. .7 Supply and install new chase walls and bulkheads around new radon pipe. .8 Supply and install specified electrical materials to provide power to radon mitigation. .9 See drawingins ME1 and ME2 . Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
