Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

All work shall be in conformance with the current Georgia Standard Specifications Manual and Construction Details of the Department of Transportation, and current Forsyth County Standards and Specifications. Before striping is placed on county roads, Bidder will contact Forsyth County Engineering Department and supply a work schedule for review and approval. All work shall be in conformance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, current edition. There are no guaranteed quantities under this contract; it will be based upon actual needs of the County. Forsyth County reserves the right to add or delete county roads from the striping list submitted by the Forsyth County Engineering Department; payment will be made upon actual amount of striping at the bid unit prices. A Purchase Order will be issued for the work and must be included on all invoices. Questions Due Date: Nov 3rd 2023, 12:00 PM EDT Striping and Paving Marker Installation. All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days after the actual date of the opening. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on an accepted form, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Award of the Bid will be made at a later date.
