Site work for a water / sewer project in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Providing all materials, equipment, and labor for the Shady Grove Campground Water Line Improvements located at 7800 Allen Lane Memorial Way, Cumming, GA 30041. All work to be completed by March 1, 2021. o All work and materials shall be in accordance with current Forsyth County Standards and Specifications unless specified otherwise below. o Locate existing potable water system to install, repair, or replace shut off valves and appurtenances at indicated locations in the provided map. o Install two 2" PVC new shut off valves, valve boxes and concrete collars. The 2" square operating nut should be installed in case where the valve is more than 2 feet deep. (2" square operating nut for 2" Asahi/America Type 21 ball valve or equal) o Install two 1.5" PVC new shut off valves, valve boxes and concrete collars. o Install/Replace three 2" PVC shut off valves. o Install 12 concrete valve collars to existing valve boxes. o Demolish one 2" valve and cap the line. o Demolish four drinking water fountains and cap the lines. (Bathhouses A and B)
