All communications concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing to the FCSS Purchasing Department. Email to bradrichardson@forsyth.k12.ga.us is the preferred method of communication. Only written questions submitted via email or fax will be accepted. No response other than written, distributed by the Purchasing Department will be binding upon FCSS. User departments may be called upon for clarification in their area of expertise at the discretion of the Purchasing Department. Questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. September 29th, 2023. All Q&A will be posted on website for all vendors to see.
