The action involves the 2023 Capital Improvement Project, to the completed at the Corning-Painted Post administration building, the Calvin Smith, Erwin Valley, Hugh Gregg, William Severn, Winfield Street and Frederick Carter Elementary Schools, the Middle School, the High School and Memorial Stadium and the District's bus garage involving primarily interior, exterior, structural, and building envelop upgrades and renovations, as well as the installation of natural gas emergency generators, repaving of parking lots, minor sidewalk expansions, upgrades to athletic fields and the purchase of property at 2634 Goff Road and the construction of a pole barn. The project is located at various locations in the Corning-Painted Post Area School District in Corning and Painted Post, New York.
