The City of West Haven (hereafter referred to as "the City") is seeking bids for the painting of double yellow lines, stop bars and crosswalks at the locations and measurements contained in this Invitation To Bid. Proposals received after the scheduled due date and time shall not be accepted or considered, they will be rejected. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed responses shall be considered. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed corrections, deletions, or additions to any response shall be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the City of West Haven. The City is seeking qualified companies to work at the direction of the West Haven Police Department, painting double yellow lines, stop bars and crosswalks in areas defined within the Scope of Work section of this ITB. 3. SCOPE The below graph represents the streets, linear feet of double yellow lines needed, amount of stop bars, and if crosswalks are needed. There is no walk-through for this ITB, but contractors are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the areas before submitting your bid.
