36C77624R0041, 689-408, 36C77624Q0069, 36C77624Q0012, 689-408 In accordance with 38 U.S.C 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of the "SPS Relocation and Renovation" construction project, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings. The project is located at: VAMC West Haven Campus 950 Campbell Avenue West Haven, CT 06516 VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 Questions of a technical nature must be provided in writing and shall be submitted by the prospective offerors to Kathryn Allison and Dean Flanders. Questions shall be submitted only via e-mail to: Kathryn.Allison@va.gov and Dean.Flanders@va.gov. The subject line must read: SPS Relocation and Renovation West Haven - Technical Questions. Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misinterpretation. The cut-off date and time for receipt of questions has been changed to: FRIDAY, MARCH 29TH, 2024 AT 1:00PM EST *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
