Renovation of an educational facility in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The College of Southern Nevada (CSN), Facilities Management Department is requesting bids for a turn-key project to replace the existing 125 KW generator with one (1) CAT D125 KW or equal. For Projects exceeding $100,000 and upon Notice of Intent to Award, the Successful Bidder must obtain Performance and Payment bonds equivalent to the amount bid. In accordance with NRS, Contractor agrees that the Project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements under Nevada Law. Please note that if a change order causes a contract to exceed $100,000, the Owner will audit the entire contract period.
