Reference Number AB-2023-05845 This RFP is open to all interested bidders. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations The City of Calgary currently has approximately 89 Auto Gates (including sliding) at 40 locations, that will require preventive maintenance, repair and services. This includes supply and install of new auto gates as and when required, the provision of all labour, products and equipment needed to perform inspection, preventive maintenance and repair services within City of Calgary limits. This includes both Planned and Unplanned Work. There may be additional tasks identified by or required of the Contractor to align with industry accepted practices or specific situations that are not specifically noted. The Contractor will be required to carry out those additional tasks when authorized to do so. The Contractor must be able to accommodate all types of Auto Gates, consisting of various types falling under one or more of these categories: 1. Fence Gate 2. Access Controlled Gates 3. Barrier Arm Gate
