Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
**As of January 12, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A Hold for award has been put on** Reference Number 0000330935 This RFP is for qualified contractors to install (10) new EV stations within LCC's fleet parking area, located on the first level of the Gannon Ramp. Currently, pathways are installed for the new EV station locations, along with a pathway to feed the new transformer from the Ramp MDP-1. The successful bidder shall provide and install (10) new EV stations, a new transformer and panel, wiring, and all other necessary components. The Contractor will coordinate all work and activities with the A/E firm and LCC.
