Renovation of a municipal facility in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** Documents are for viewing purposes only, must reach out to owner for documents to be eligible to bid. ** Scope of Services includes, but not limited to: existing conditions review, establish a construction schedule, demolition and proper disposal, all materials and labor. Sealed Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount and made payable to "County of Bristol". The deposit may be in the form of cash, certified check or a bank check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Successful bidder will be required to submit a 50% payment bond and 100% performance bond An award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Bristol County Commissioners intend to award a contract within 45 days of solicitation opening.
