Hathaway Elementary School Window & Door Replacement Project. The City of New Bedford solicits sealed bids for the Hathaway Elementary School Window & Door Replacement Project. The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General Contractor certified in Doors and Windows. This work will also require DCAMM Filed Sub-Bidders certified in HVAC and Electrical Work.
