Site work for a water / sewer project in Carrollton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Bids should be labeled with the name of the bidder and Mill Creek Water Main Replacement Bore Project on the outside of the proposal envelope. Project overview: Carrollton Utilities is seeking Bids to install an 8" HDPE Water Main bore spanning 600 feet. The project scope involves the furnishing and installation of 600 feet of 8" HDPE water main under Mill Creek, connecting the new main to the existing main, disconnecting the damaged main from the system, furnishing and installing a monitor meter & vault, and furnishing and installing two 4" valves. Carrollton Utilities will award the project based on the lowest and most qualified bid. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. No BIDDER may withdraw his proposal within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Federal law prohibits discrimination on the grounds of race, color, national origin, religion, age, handicap, and sex.
