Site work for a water / sewer project in Duchesne, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: upper well pump pulled and replaced. The well is 500 feet deep and operates on a 2 inch galvanized steel line. In addition to pump replacement, we will need to have the steel line replaced as well as get the new pump hooked up to the electrical frequency drive controls. Some of the electrical controls and or electrical breakers are missing. (See Attachment B Scope of Work for more details.) This contract will result in one contract (Purchase Order) award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible bidder.
