The City of Hillsboro, Oregon ("City") seeks proposals for experienced consultants to provide architectural and engineering services for the design of a new headquarters for the Hillsboro Police Department. The new facility will bring together the functions currently spread across two separate locations into one central hub. Furthermore, its strategic location in close proximity to a Hillsboro Fire and Rescue Station and the Public Works building is expected to enhance overall operational efficiency. The project aims to create an innovative and functional architectural design that meets Risk Category IV seismic requirement, integrates analytics services, various divisional areas, and support facilities within the police department. The design should prioritize security, efficiency, and provide a welcoming environment for both the public and police personnel.
