The project consists of providing preventive maintenance, inspections, and testing for all Water Based Fire Protection Systems throughout the University's properties. The Contractor shall assume sole responsibility for the complete effort as required in this RFP. All services are all-inclusive as defined in RFP Section 2.1, i.e., the Contractor shall not charge for travel time, PPE, or other direct or indirect costs not outlined in Attachment 1 - Price Sheet. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action; State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Rate Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.26 et seq.; and N.J.S.A. 52:25- 24.2 regarding Ownership Disclosure. Montclair State University is an Equal Opportunity Purchaser. Details regarding the requirements for vendors bidding on this work are contained in this request for proposal.
