The project consists of the renovation to the University Police Headquarters building which includes both interior and exterior improvements to address structural deficiencies and water infiltration issues currently being experienced. The interior scope of work includes floor joist replacement; locker room, break room and armory improvements; and the fabrication of a new bathroom and shower room. The exterior work includes drainage improvements, and waterproofing the foundation. Details regarding the requirements for vendors bidding this work are contained in this request for proposal. Bidders shall also be classified by the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) and possess a valid C008 - General Construction or C009 - General Construction / Alter & Additions with a minimum aggregate rating of $2.5 Million or more at the time of proposal submission and contract execution.
