Renovation of a mixed-use development in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and transportation facility.
As of January 29, 2024, the project has been awarded. Construction is expected to commence prior to the end of February, 2024, and take less than 10 months to complete. No further inquiries to be accepted. Renovation of the Caperton Train Station and Office Suites Proposals shall not be withdrawn and shall remain in effect for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, except that the bids of any consenting bidder may, at the request of the City, be held for consideration for a longer period as may be agreed. The City of Martinsburg shall award the contract or reject all bids within sixty (60) days, unless there has been an agreed extension as set forth in the above paragraph. The City of Martinsburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities as may be deemed to be held in the best interest of the City of Martinsburg. Women and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to apply. Deadline to submit questions 10/11/2023 @ 5:00 p.m *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
