Renovation of a multi-residential development in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Repairs and upgrades to the existing hydraulic elevator in apartment building, new HVAC systems for the elevator machine room, miscellaneous repairs in the hoist-ways. The scope of work includes all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to upgrade existing elevator and addition of one new elevator at Sykes Mid-Rise located at 555 Liberty Street Norfolk, VA 23523. The work for this project includes but is not limited to repairs and upgrades to the existing hydraulic elevator in apartment building, new HVAC systems for the elevator machine room, miscellaneous repairs in the hoist-ways, and other additional work as indicated in the contract documents.
