Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A No On behalf of Fillmore Piru Veterans Memorial District (FPVMD), TW Land Planning & Development LLC (TWLPD) the Project Manager for Fillmore Piru Veterans Memorial District ("Client"), hereby invites Architectural/Design/Engineering (ADE) Firms ("Design Team," "Contractor") to submit proposals for architectural and engineering services for FPVMD's building renovation and upgrades. It is the intent of this RFP to determine the selection of an Architectural/Design/Engineering Firm to provide full Design Services, Structural Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Construction Documentation. Participation in this selection process shall be at no cost or obligation to FPVMD. Design teams may be interviewed prior to the Contract Award. Construction Commencement: March 1, 2024 Substantial Completion: March 1, 2025 The schedule for the Project is critical. The design plans must give priority to roof construction. We will work together to develop a mutually agreeable schedule. The Design Team will be required to determine California Building Standards Code (Cal. Code Regs., Title 24) requirements required of the project in coordination with licensing and/or permitting authorities. Critical to the project is "future proofing" the building to allow for future inclusion of solar panels, battery energy storage, and other resiliency features. This RFP is not an offer to enter into a contract. The FPVMD reserves the right to reject any and all responses resulting from this RFP. The FPVMD is not liable for any cost incurred in responding to this RFP. Please direct all questions regarding this RFP and the program for which the services will be delivered, via email, to Joseph Fiss, Director of Planning & Entitlements, TW Land Planning & Development LLC, at jfiss@twlandplan.com. The Design Team will discuss with Client ideas and recommendations concerning factors contributing to and supporting the success of the project. This discussion will include present and future goals, identity, budget, schedule, review and approval process, key areas of concern, and any other pertinent issues. The Design Team will prepare a schedule for each phase of the project indicating activities, phases, presentations, and decisions and approvals required. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
