Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Perris, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2021-0047 The project includes the construction of bicycle and pedestrian trails, solar-powered pedestrian signal crossings, reconstruction of existing curb ramps, concrete median modifications, and construction of a bridge crossing over Metz channel. License Requirements: Pursuant to Section 7028.15 of the Business and Professions Code and Section 3300 of the Public Contract Code, all bidders must possess proper licenses for performance of this Contract. Contractors shall possess the appropriate California Contractor licenses in order to perform the Work. The project includes the construction of bicycle and pedestrian trails, solar-powered pedestrian signal crossings, reconstruction of existing curb ramps, concrete median modifications, and construction of a bridge crossing over Metz channel. Liquidated Damages: $1,000 per calendar day. All questions and requests for information and acceptability of substitutes, including any questions addressing the interpretation or clarification of the Contract Documents must be submitted directly to the Active Bidder website prior to November 3, 2023. Answers will be posted on Active Bidder on or before November 5, 2023.
