The work will also include jack and bore construction at five locations; approximately 140 linear feet of 30-inch casing underneath an existing Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (RCFC&WCD) Reinforced Concrete Box at the intersection of Perris Boulevard and Elder Street, 90 linear feet of 30-inch casing underneath an existing RCFC&WCD Reinforced Concrete Box at the intersection of Perris Boulevard and State Route 60, approximately 120 linear feet of 30-inch casing crossing the intersection of Perris Boulevard and Fir Street, approximately 160 linear feet of 30-inch casing crossing the intersection of Perris Boulevard and Eucalyptus Ave and approximately 200 linear feet of 30-inch casing crossing the intersection of Perris Boulevard and Cottonwood Avenue. Work will also include installation of approximately 470 linear feet of 30-inch casing crossing State Route 60 utilizing cut and cover construction. Work shall include all restrained joints, thrust blocks, valves, blowoffs, air valves, shoring and bracing per California Labor Codes, excavation, backfill, bedding, skids, casing spacers, grouting, pavement removal, pavement replacement and restoration per encroachment permits, trench and pipeline dewatering, pressure testing, traffic control, SWPPP and other related appurtenant work.
