Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University (KSU), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract(s) with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Roof Maintenance, Repair and Installation Services for all facilities/buildings on and off of KSU property as further described in this eRFQ. The objective of the eRFQ is to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide the goods and/or services outlined in this eRFQ to the State Entity. This eRFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined below. KSU shall have four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew, which options shall be exercised at the sole discretion of KSU. Question Submission Close Date: 10/2/2023 4:00 PM EDT Objective :The service needs as further described in the eRFQ includes but is not limited to: Preventative roofing maintenance, emergency roof repairs, minor roof repairs, flashing repairs, and total roof replacement working with any of the following roof types and materials- Cedar Shakes, Asphalt three (3) tab shingles, Metal Standing Seam, Thermoplastic single ply-TPO, Modified, and Build-up roofs in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards.
