Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Kennesaw, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Kennesaw, Georgia (Owner) is seeking qualifications from Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for preconstruction and construction services for Phase 8 of Depot Park. The principal items of this project include construction of an amphitheater (stage and site improvements), restroom building, and renovation of historic structures. The construction manager at risk will be evaluated and selected through a qualification-based selection process. A full RFQ Package stating the full Response requirements can be obtained from the Kennesaw City Clerk's Office, upon request to James Friedrich, Deputy City Clerk, via email at jfriedrich@kennesaw-ga.gov. Technical questions should be addressed to Zach Buffington at zbuffington@croyeng.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to waive formalities, re-advertise and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time.
