The City of Kennesaw, Georgia (Owner) is seeking qualifications from Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for preconstruction and construction services for Phase 8 of Depot Park. The principal items of this project include construction of an amphitheater (stage and site improvements), restroom building, and renovation of historic structures. The construction manager at risk will be evaluated and selected through a qualification-based selection process.
