Wherever in these Documents the word "Engineer" appears, it shall be understood to mean McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc., acting either directly or indirectly as authorized agents of the Owner. In these Documents where the word "Owner" appears, it shall be understood to mean the City of Hazen, Arkansas. B. A General Contract for the replacement of existing filter media for Filters 3 and 4 and existing underdrain for Filter 4.
