Renovation of a municipal facility in Pleasant View, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of landscaping around the new Veteran's Memorial in front of Pleasant View City Hall. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 6.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. The contact person is Dana Shuler, dana@jonescivil.com. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to no later than noon on October 3, 2023. No pre-bid conference will be held. No Bid Security will be required. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
