Renovation of a municipal facility in Pleasant View, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of site preparation and installation of four (4) generators including removal of existing concrete pads and generators, new concrete pads, fuel line, generator startup, and associated electrical. The Project is generally located at 520 West Elberta Drive and 125 W 4575 N, Pleasant View. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $95,100. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Dana Q. Shuler, P.E., dana@jonescivil.com no later than noon on February 2, 2024. Following registration and payment of $20.00 complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
