Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pleasant View, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of demolition, excavation, parking lot construction, import fill, compactions, and grading for future pickleball courts, and irrigation and soil stabilization and is located at the Pleasant View City Park, 900 West Pleasant View Drive. No pre-bid conference will be held. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Dana Shuler, dana@jonescivil.com no later than noon on May 15, 2024. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. The City reserves the right to negotiate any and all elements of the bids if any such action is deemed in the best interest of the City. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before 30 days following the date of Substantial Completion
