Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount from a surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or by a certified check or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount in favor of CEDA. Section 3 requirements will apply to contracts over $200,000 in HUD funds.
