This is a request for proposal for Water/Sewer Materials. The City is requesting proposals for: See Attached list of products. Please bid everything you can supply. Include breakdown of delivery fees by distance and/or volume (if any are applicable). Deadline for inquiries, questions, or requests for information with the Public Works Department All questions must be submitted in writing to Nathan Land at: nland@earlytx.net The City of Early reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifica-tions of Bidders prior to awarding of the contract.
