Site work for a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to construct concrete foundations as per LES Specifications S-23-17 included in this solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating; and 4) Complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form. The outage is tentatively scheduled to start November 6, 2023 but is subject to change. The transformer pad shall be complete by December 15, 2023 and all other foundations shall be complete by December 31, 2023. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 10/5/2023 4:00 PM
