Disposal Lagoon at the Northeast Water Resource Recovery Facility Questions concerning this bid process may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441-8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov. 1.1 The Lincoln Water Resource Recovery System (LWRRS) is soliciting bids for the removal and application of sludge from a disposal lagoon at the Northeast Water Resource Recovery Facility. The awarded bidder (also referred to as Contractor) will clean out, remove, and land apply sludge per these specifications. 1.2 The LWRRS will be decommissioning the sludge disposal lagoon at the Northeast facility. LWRRS estimates there are five million gallons of sludge in the settling lagoon. 1.3 The LWRRS reserve the right to allow adjustments to the contract should there be a substantial change in the nature of the work involved. 1.3.1.1 Such adjustments must be made in the form of a written contract amendment signed by both the Contractor and the LWRRS at the time of the change Question Cuttoff Date & Time 10/13/2023 03:00:00 PM (ET)
