The City will review all proposals and select a contractor to enter into a mutual agreement for the Bonde Ranch Open Space tree removals and pruning. Approximately nineteen trees are selected for removal and four trees are selected for pruning. The trees are comprised primarily of eucalyptus trees located on the Bonde Ranch Open Space property (see Attachment I). The trees occur in a windrow that spans from Independence Drive to behind Rutledge Place in Pleasanton.
