The City will review all proposals and select a contractor to enter into a mutual agreement for the Bonde Ranch Open Space tree removals and pruning. Approximately nineteen trees are selected for removal and four trees are selected for pruning. The trees are comprised primarily of eucalyptus trees located on the Bonde Ranch Open Space property (see Attachment I). The trees occur in a windrow that spans from Independence Drive to behind Rutledge Place in Pleasanton. Project Location: Bonde Ranch Open Space Windrow of trees located behind Independence Ct., Nelson Ct., Bartlett Pl., adjacent to Hopkins Way, behind Hancock Ct. and Rutledge Pl. in Pleasanton -Start of Contract - Notice to Proceed November 17, 2023 *The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the City's judgment, the lowest responsive and responsible bid of a Bidder or group of Bidders
