Reference Number 0000256766 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/12 05:00:00 PM EDT Question deadline date extended from 10/12/2023 to 10/30/2023 05:00:00 PM EDT The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970's and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: The abatement and demolition of all assemblies including interior and exterior structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical installations, and minor civil and earthworks to facilitate demolition activities. For clarity, this RFQ includes prequalification for the exterior demolition of associated envelope assemblies and provision of access equipment to facilitate such work.
