This work consists of replacement of variable frequency drives at Market Ave Pump Station A certified check or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days after the date and time for receiving bids The successful Bidder shall furnish satisfactory performance and payment/lien bonds, each in an amount equal to the total contract price, on all projects for which the contract amount is $50,000 or more. On a project-by-project basis, performance and payment/lien bonds may be required on projects for which the contract price is less than $50,000.
