Renovation of a municipal facility in Little Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Separate sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Danube, Herkimer County, NY, for: One 16w x 32L pole barn-style building with the following or similar specifications: Steel roof and siding. Interior- steel knee walls and steel ceiling w/ lighting. 14 height. 6 reinforced concrete. Electric entrance and building wired. Insulated to code. 12 insulated overhead door with electric opener. One 36 man door. Heating. All work must be done to NYS Building Codes NYS prevailing wages. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and labeled Bid for barn. All envelopes shall be addressed to Town Clerk Mary Lou Herringshaw. The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and the right to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Danube.
