This project consists of replacement of the tee deck and mini-golf lighting fixtures and poles impacted by the winter storm related collapse of the Paddock Chevrolet Golf Dome at 175 Brompton Road, Tonawanda, New York. It is the intent and purpose of these Specifications and Contract Documents to describe the general construction work associated with and included under Job #3043.1 - Golf Dome Interior Lighting Project. Work shall consist of demolition of existing poles and lighting fixtures on the T-Deck inside the golf dome, provision and installation of new lighting fixtures and poles on the T-Deck inside the golf dome and provision and installation of lighting bollards in the miniature golf area inside the dome. A. The Contractor Scope of Work shall include, but may not be limited to, the following operations: 1. Disconnecting, removal and disposal of the existing lighting fixtures and poles mounted on the T-deck. 2. Furnishing and installation of proposed lighting fixtures and poles on the T-deck. 3. Final aiming of all installed lighting fixtures. 4. Furnishing and installation of proposed lighting bollards in the miniature golf area. 5. Furnishing and installation of proposed lighting contactors and switches. 6. Modification of existing conduit and wiring for installation of contactors and lighting fixtures. 7. Disposal of all demolished equipment, conduit, wiring, etc. 8. Clean-up of the site.
