Renovation of a mixed-use development in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Scope includes replacement or renew select HVAC & minor plumbing systems and components at five (5) schools, District-Wide. The various campuses include Elementary Schools as listed below. 1) Castle Creek Elementary School located at 1245 Avalon Park S Blvd, Orlando, FL 32828. 2) Columbia Elementary School located at 18501 Cypress Lake Glen Blvd, Orlando, FL 32820. 3) West Oaks Elementary School located at 905 Dorscher Rd, Orlando, FL 32818. 4) Windermere Elementary School located at 11125 Park Ave, Windermere, FL 34786. 5) Wolf Lake Elementary School located at 1771W Ponkan Rd, Apopka, FL 32712. Project scope of individual sites may vary and include, but not be limited to, refurbishment or replacement of existing air distribution equipment, building automation system, selected equipment, piping replacements in the central energy plant (CEP), ACT replacement/refit, misc. painting, drywall, concrete pads and project final cleaning.
