The projects will consist of planning, design, construction management and inspection, and architectural services at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and Bowman Field. Representative projects and services may include but are not limited to: o Planning and design services for runway and taxiway extensions and future taxiways. o Our ongoing pavement management program, including pavement rehabilitation and/or reconstruction. o Airfield electrical improvements o Landside and airside facility relocations o Other potential projects as identified on the Airport Layout Plans o Airspace studies and FAA airspace analysis submittals (ie. Part 77 and TERPS); o Runway incursion mitigation. o Geotechnical/subsurface investigations and analysis. o On-site construction management, inspection services and overall safety review and compliance of projects, including material testing. o Participation in regularly scheduled LRAA project meetings. o Environmental efforts o Airspace obstruction mitigation o Avigation easement acquisition o Architectural and structural design services o Surveying The above is a list of potential projects and services and is not necessarily inclusive and is subject to change by the Airport Authority. The Louisville Regional Airport Authority is accepting Statements of Qualifications for a consulting firm to provide planning, engineering & architectural services for federally funded Airport Improvement Program (AIP) projects and non-AIP projects at Louisville Muhammad Ali International & Bowman Field Airports. Any questions from the prospective Consultants will be accepted in writing until noon, Thursday, October 5, 2023. After this date no questions will be answered.
