The City of Davenport, Iowa invites firms to submit qualifications for consideration to provide engineering services for the South Concord Railroad Grade Separation project. This project will consist of reviewing the concept, environmental reports and associated information already developed, completing the permitting process, as well as the design, coordination, construction assistance and otherwise completing the work necessary for acceptance of the project by the Federal Rail Administration (FRA). The consultant shall lead the effort to develop the final product conforming to all Federal Rail Administration (FRA) and Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) standards, guidance and regulations as they pertain to the design, permitting and construction of the South Concord Grade Separation Project Procure Engineering Services Contract November 2023 Preliminary Plans (ID Env Impacts, design critical elements, cost estimate & Construction Schedule) June 15, 2024 60% Plans and Specifications November 15, 2024 90% Plans and Specifications June 15, 2025 Bid Plans and Specifications December 15, 2025 Start Construction April 15, 2026 Complete Construction December 30, 2026.
